THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for implementation, optimisation, and reporting of all Socialites Performance Media clients and campaigns. Your day-to-day will consist of digital strategising, stakeholder management, campaign management, and reporting.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop, execute and manage digital campaigns across key channels such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Display and Programmatic, ensuring KPIs are in line with clients and campaign business objectives.

  • Implement a recurring rapid testing framework to validate hypotheses and recommend performance optimisation based upon in-depth campaign analysis

  • Utilise respective digital platforms, looking at and understanding performance, and looking for actionable insights that you can then apply to respective campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the broader agency and account management team to improve on agency growth within digital media.

  • Lead and manage a Performance Executive, providing ongoing training and support to help manage the workload from a client and campaign perspective.

  • Conduct regular research and stay abreast of current industry trends to ensure the campaigns are at industry-leading standards – reporting back to the wider performance team on relevant insights that can complement other marketing initiatives.


YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of hands-on experience working in Performance Marketing within an agency or in-house.

  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Paid Social and Paid search; across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and more.

  • Strong understanding of analytics, A/B testing and CRO, and metrics-driven marketing.

  • Advanced experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

  • Comprehensive experience in analysing performance data for optimisation towards performance-marketing KPIs.

  • Outstanding attention to detail paired with a strong analytical mindset.

  • A tertiary education, or a track record of relevant experience that proves it wasn’t needed.

  • The ability to multitask, run multiple projects at once, and not get overwhelmed by an impending deadline.

  • Proven analytical ability and quantitative skills including strong Excel skills.

  • Understanding of digital marketing and experience in strategizing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Data-driven, with the ability to report, analyse and tell a story with data.

  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and report back on performance in a timely manner.
